WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Bijou Stone Co. (BSCO) does not accept cancellations or returns regarding the nature of its products but here at Bijou, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase(s). If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us via email at
regarding any issues and/or concerns.
**Please note, in the event a refund is issued for any reason, we cannot issue the entirety of the refund due to shipping costs. Bijou Stone Co does not receive funds (i.e. shipping costs) back from the USPS in the event of a refund, therefore we can only issue the cost of each item(s). Refunds may only be made within 14 days of purchase date.**
Bijou Stone Co is not responsible for the mishandling of any packages once said package(s) have left our office.
BSCO is not responsible for lost of stolen packages once said package (s) have left our hands.
Bijou Stone Co. does not accept broken or damaged items.
INSTAGRAM STORY SALES
Regarding Instagram Story Sales, All sales are final and sold as-is. Since these items are typically less expensive than the items listed on our website, coupon codes cannot be used.
REGARDING STONE/GEM COLOR
All of our items are photographed in natural lighting to ensure an accurate depiction of each and every stone/gem, however, we cannot guarantee a 100% exact match due to the variations of brightness of your monitor screen which are beyond our control.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Bijou Stone Co. accepts all major credit cards as well as transactions through PayPal for your security. We offer PayPal pay-later as an additional form of payment.

**REGARDING PAYPAL, WE WILL USE THE ADDRESS ON YOUR PAYPAL INVOICE. IT IS VITAL THAT YOUR PAYPAL REFLECTS YOUR CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS.
FLASH SALE ITEMS

CAN YOU RESIZE MY ITEM(S)?
Unfortunately we are unable to resize any of our pieces simply because we sell vintage items and cannot disturb the natural integrity of the piece. We cannot suggest resizing any of our pieces to another vendor as we would hate for your piece to get damaged during this process. If the customer chooses to resize their piece on their own accord, BIJOU STONE CO. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED PIECES AND CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT HAVE BEEN ALTERED IN ANY WAY.
SHIPPING METHOD
We take pride in packaging each of our products to ensure your items arrive safely. Bijou Stone Co. ships all packages either Standard, PRIORITY, or Overnight Express for your convenience. We secure all purchases properly in bubble packaging materials. Items ship within 2-3 business days.
Business days are monday-fridaY.
*PLease note: Orders (both standard shipping and priority shipping options) placed after 6PM, CST on Thursday will ship out the following Monday unless the buyer chooses our overnight shipping option. Overnight orders will automatically go out.
Orders over $300.00 USD will automatically come with insurance.
